

DR. JOHANNES DOMANIG
ATTORNEY

DR. JOHANNES DOMANIG studied law at the University of Vienna. From 2013 to 2017, he worked there as a university assistant and earned his doctorate with a thesis on the history of Austrian criminal law. In 2023, he passed the bar exam at the Vienna Higher Regional Court, and he has been registered as an attorney in Austria since 2024.
During his career, he has gained experience in both renowned large law firms and boutique law firms and has acquired a broad legal education. He specializes in dispute resolution/litigation. He represents domestic and foreign companies and private individuals before state courts and administrative authorities in civil, criminal, financial criminal, and administrative (criminal) proceedings.
The proceedings he handles regularly involve complex civil liability issues, often with cross-border implications. In addition, he also has expertise in (contentious) probate proceedings and experience in the Austria-wide handling of civil mass proceedings.
